Established in 2015, the East Bay Youth Football and Cheer Conference (EBYFC) is one of Northern California’s premier youth football and cheer organizations, proudly serving families and communities throughout the Greater Bay Area. Comprised of 19 member organizations, EBYFC provides thousands of young athletes with opportunities to develop their athletic abilities, character, leadership, teamwork, and sportsmanship in a safe, competitive, and positive environment.

Our member organizations collectively serve communities that feed into more than 45 high schools across the Greater Bay Area, creating a strong foundation for young athletes as they progress through their academic and athletic journeys. Through football and cheer, EBYFC helps participants develop confidence, discipline, accountability, resilience, and leadership skills that will benefit them throughout their lives.

Many of EBYFC’s member organizations have served Bay Area families for decades, with several maintaining longstanding relationships and partnerships that predate the conference itself. EBYFC was built upon these deep community connections, bringing together respected organizations that share a common commitment to youth development, family engagement, and community involvement.

As one of the region’s fastest-growing youth sports conferences, EBYFC is dedicated to promoting athletic excellence, academic achievement, personal responsibility, and good sportsmanship. Our mission is to develop champions in competition, character, community, and leadership, while preparing young people to become responsible citizens, future leaders, and dedicated stewards of their communities long after their playing days have ended.
